TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment - all items must be paid for in full within seven days of placing an order. Payment may be made using standard paypal, credit/debit cards or echeques via Paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay this way. We also will accept cheques and postal orders but obviously delivery will be delayed until payment has cleared.

Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared.

Delivery - We use Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery. We always obtain proof of posting.

Unless you have ordered a custom made item, your item will be delivered within 14 days of full payment having received, (most items will of course arrive faster, usually in two to three working days). We cannot accept responsibility for items that are delayed, lost or damaged in the post. All our items are checked before sending and are always well packed.

Returns - we will only accept returns where an item is faulty. We will endeavour to swiftly resolve any problems - we very much want you to be happy with your purchase.
